While the meta currently favors the latest tactical loadouts, a recurring issue continues to plague even the most seasoned competitors: the selection of cosmetics that hinder your line of sight.

The Geometry of Failure

In high-stakes endgame circles, your visual clarity is your greatest asset. We are seeing a surge in popularity for the new Chapter 7 Season 4 battle pass skins, many of which feature oversized collars, glowing particle effects, and bulky tactical rigs. While these designs are visually striking in the lobby, they are active liabilities in the heat of a build fight. When you transition into Aim Down Sights (ADS) with a scoped rifle or a mid-range AR, the geometry of these skins often clips into the camera view. This "visual noise" creates a blind spot on the left or right flank of your reticle, potentially obscuring an enemy rotating from behind cover.
