ForTTactics is an independent analytics platform providing tactical data, item shop predictions, and performance tools for Fortnite players. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc.
3. Premium Membership
Premium access is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to all premium features available at the time of purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our data without permission. Abuse of the platform may result in account termination without refund.
5. Accuracy of Data
While we strive for accuracy, all predictions, scores, and analyses are provided for informational purposes only. ForTTactics makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any data.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code on ForTTactics is the intellectual property of ForTTactics. Fortnite® and related assets are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. Item data is sourced from the official Fortnite public API.
7. Limitation of Liability
ForTTactics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium access.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
